Our Story
Surefire Construction Group was founded by Mark Dail II, a U.S. Army veteran and accomplished construction professional with more than a decade of experience in restoration, residential, and commercial construction. Mark’s time leading teams within the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team instilled the values that define Surefire today: discipline, accountability, and precision in every project.
After returning home, Mark dedicated his career to improving construction standards across North Carolina. His leadership experience and commitment to quality inspired the creation of Surefire Construction Group, a company built to prioritize people, performance, and purpose in every job.
